I don’t ever remember the so-called typical home staying the same, flat, like it did at $397,000 over the last two years. Is there a reason for that?
Right now the market is relatively flat, in terms of residential assessment growth for residential homes. However, within the broad assessment base, the number for a typical single-family home doesn’t change that much year to year.
