Have you figured out if there were ways to pay for things by raising revenues? For example, for the Stadium LRT, supposedly you’re making the system safer. That should encourage more riders. You can pay for it partially that way.

Why does the City propose to renovate Eastglen leisure centre, when I go there is hardly anyone there? Surely renovating it can't be a priority
