If we’re looking at potential projects with unconstrained sources not recommended for funding such as Windermere North Park n Ride… if people were expecting that in the next four years, it’s not going to happen unless Council decides differently?

There were a couple of projects in the budget — in particular, the upgrades to Clarke Stadium — that I see appearing in the 300 million dollar dedicated funding section, but also appearing in the projects not recommended for funding right now.
