Have you figured out if there were ways to pay for things by raising revenues? For example, for the Stadium LRT, supposedly you’re making the system safer. That should encourage more riders. You can pay for it partially that way.

Why did the city invest in lease dollars for Edmonton Tower when it appears we have aging facilities - like Chancery Hall, City Hall & Century Place. How is the city looking to the future to decrease lease costs - is that the strategy?
