As was the case in previous years, a portion of the proposed property tax increase is related to an increased investment in the Neighbourhood Renewal program.
This program has existed since 2009 and invests in the renewal, replacement and enhancement of neighbourhood infrastructure promoting the livability and sustainability of Edmonton’s neighbourhoods.
